Featured are stories and strategies for implementing school/district-wide library programs, including generating data regarding the academic impact on learners without school libraries, the Informationally Underserved. Activities include examining survey and interview IU theory methods, applicable in any context, to initiate local research for igniting advocacy for local or regional school library initiatives, including levels of access. Round-table discussions, focused on successful approaches for working with site-based management teams, will be facilitated.
