Join three administrators as they share how district level administrators can support campus libraries as they establish key commitments, align to campus and district priorities, and shift perspectives to emerge as the focal learning environment of the school.

Learning Objectives:
  • District level leaders will leave the sessions with ideas to implement librarian focused PD / PL in their district.
  • District level leaders will receive strategies to identify how their libraries can align with district strategic plans and goals.
  • District level leaders will be able to identify strengths and build capacity among adult learners that enable a shift in perspective and priorities.
