Give the Kids the Keys: Students Drive the Independent Project

Nov 16, 2013 12:00am

Credits: None available.

Members: $0.00
Standard: $6.99

Description

An independent project lets students drive their own learning. Sometimes the teacher provides a curricular roadmap; other times the student alone determines the direction and pace. This session provides inspiration, examples of student projects, as well as materials to help plan, execute, and assess travels with students and teachers as they get immersed in independent projects. It’s time to grab a go-mug and knitting, and give the kids the keys. Road trip!
