Results from an IMLS National Leadership collaborative research project about Pennsylvania school library programs can help all school librarians build support for their school libraries. Participants learn what infrastructure components (funding, staffing, technology, access, and collections) result in higher student achievement, what these components cost, and which infrastructure components stakeholders value. Learn about project findings written for education and community groups and tested advocacy strategies, including how to reach out to stakeholders in the community.
