Description
This research uses a qualitative method called phenomenology to examine the lived experiences of school and public librarians who collaborated in rural areas. Findings indicate that collaboration has unique meaning to the librarians in this area and that it is impacted by communication, organizational culture, constraints within the jobs of each librarian and an understanding of roles between libraries.
