Description

Throughout the country, school districts are using coaching as the preferred way to strengthen teachers' instruction. School librarians are master teachers and natural coaches for classroom teachers. When school librarians co-plan, co-teach, and co-assess with classroom teachers they are transforming learning and growing their colleagues' instructional abilities. In this session we will take typical collaboration to a new level by teaching school librarians specific strategies that subject coaches use to strengthen instruction in their buildings.
