Description

A New Jersey project tackles the problem of equitable and sustained access to resources, technology, and information literacy instruction in a high performing elementary school library. Digital technology and a spiraling collaboration model enable educators to identify strategies and teaching methods that overcome fixed scheduling that inhibits sustained curriculum-related inquiry learning. Results are applied to learning challenges that are obstacles to equitable access for children who are struggling readers, special needs and English language learners.
