Deborah Rinio

Doctoral Student, University of Alaska Fairbanks

Deborah Rinio is a doctoral student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She is a member of AASL and a member of the AASL Standards and Guidelines Editorial Board. She also serves as the secretary for the Alaska Association of School Librarians. In 2016 she was awarded the Frances Henne/YALSA/VOYA Research Grant. In 2015 the Alaska Association of School Librarians gave Deborah the Linda K. Barrett Service Award. She authored the article “Using Social Network Theory to Improve Collaboration” in the October 2017 issue of VOYA.
