Musetta Deneen

Spanish Teacher, Pathways to Success High School

Musetta Deneen is a Spanish teacher at the Pathways to Success High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In 2016 she was the recipient of a grant from the African American Endowment Fund, enabling her to introduce her students to Latino culture in Chicago. In 2015 the Ann Arbor Educational Foundation awarded Musetta and her colleague William Copeland a Great Idea Grant, enabling them to take Pathways students to visit community colleges. She coauthored (with Lauren Rovin) “Seeing with Spanish Eyes: Spanish Audiovisual Recommendations,” published by Language Magazine.
