Denise E. Agosto is a professor and executive director for the Center for the Study of Libraries, Information, and Society at Drexel University’s College of Computing and Informatics. She currently serves as editor for YALSA’s Journal of Research on Libraries and Young Adults and as the chair-elect for ALA’s Library Research Round Table. She is the recipient of many awards and grants for her research and teaching. Most recently, she won the 2015 ASIS&T Thomson Reuters Outstanding Information Science Teacher Award and the 2016 ALISE/Bohdan S. Wynar Research Paper Competition. She is the author of more than one hundred scholarly and professional publications.
